PH Solutions – Data Processing Information
The data controller is: Hegyi Márió EV (hereinafter: Service Provider). The legal basis for data processing is the user's consent, and its purpose is to operate the PH Solutions and all associated systems, identify users, manage permissions, and ensure communication.
The system processes the name, email address, password, organizational and customer data provided by users. Log data generated during system use is stored solely for debugging and security purposes.
Data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany. The database service is provided by Neon PostgreSQL, which is also located in Frankfurt. Data is only transferred to third parties in case of legal obligation.
The Google Drive integration operates based on permission granted by the user. Within the CRM system, we manage Google Drive folders and files (creation, renaming, deletion, navigation). We only store the necessary metadata. We currently do not use Google OAuth-based registration; the system login occurs through a separate authentication system.
The user may request correction or deletion of their data, and may object to data processing. Requests can be submitted at info@phsolutions.hu.
